1. 14-DAY FREE TRIAL

Subscribers are not billed during the 14-day free trial period. You may cancel your trial at any time before it expires without incurring any subscription charges.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the instant provisioning of cloud infrastructure and API message credits, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for billing errors or accidental double charges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 business days of payment.
